Please note all of our samples come non-personalized in stock colours, only day invitations are supplied to showcase quality of our work. We cannot supply you with other items (e.g., order of service, RSVP). You can order our samples in one of the following ways:

2. You can also e-mail us your desired samples to email@example.com and we will send you a PayPal request for the relevant amount.
There are two ways to order you cards:
1. Purchase your cards online
If you are making a particularly big order (over 150 cards), e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote - we might be able to give you a discount. Please note down your requirements in buyer's notes.
2. Pay deposit, fill in our order form or send us an e-mail and you will receive an invoice.
If you have a bespoke order, please pay 50 pound deposit HERE to create the artwork. The order our online form or e-mail your requirements to email@example.com, Please note we cannot proceed with your order without receiving a deposit.
You can order samples directly via our website - just input SAMPLES discount code to receive free shipping. You can also e-mail us and we can send you a Paypal request.
Please note all of our samples come non-personalized in stock colours and we can only supply Day Invitations which we hold on stock to showcase the quality of our work.
Select your design name e.g., 'A Lace Heart'. Please indicate if there are any colour changes you would like to make to the invitation. You can view our font options by clicking HERE. All paper and ribbon alternations need to be consulted with Cartalia with regards to availability of colours.
Items are supplied subject to a minimum quantity of 30.
Simply forward the full wording to be printed to us or insert it into the form. To ensure complete accuracy, please write the text out in the way that you would like it printed. You can find inspiration HERE. Please note that your details will be printed on the stationery in the ink colour you have selected, however if none is provided invitations will be digitally printed in grey. Cartalia can print guest names on your invitations, and label all envelopes with name and address for an extra charge. Please see our Price List for further information.
Please also remember to choose typefaces for text and cover personalisation. We give you a wide variety of choice of typefaces for the insert, ranging from the traditional to contemporary, reflecting the style of the invitations. These can be found on our website. Wording will be printed in digital grey ink except where indicated. For an additional charge (see price list), we can print your invitations in raised or coloured ink. The layout of your wording will be adapted to fit the format of the card you have chosen, but we will adhere to any special requests.
We will send you via e-mail a digital colour proof for your approval. Please check all the details thoroughly, particularly the spelling of names and dates. Complete card proofs (a paper sample of how the finished card with look with the ribbon, digital printing and laser cutting) are charged at £20 (this is non-refundable) and are sent via post. Digital proofs take 1-2 working days. Complete card proofs take 7 working days.
Envelopes and insert pages
Classic envelopes are included with the following items: Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Reply Cards and Thank You Cards. Standard envelopes included in the price are cream or white only. Envelopes in few other colours are available for some designs, however, those will be charged for at £0.65 per envelope. Insert pages for the Order of Service will be printed on all four sides. Should you require additional inserts, these will be charged at £0.50 per insert. Overprinted personalised envelopes will be charged at £0.50 per job.
Our normal delivery time is 14 working days once we have received the signed proof approval from you. On approval, full payment will be required before processing with the order.
We are very proud to be known for an outstanding quality and we would like to offer you the best service we can. As all of our stationery is handmade there will be slight variations in each order and, whilst we will make every effort to supply your order exactly as sampled, we may have to substitute materials (colours of ribbons or insert paper) from time to time. If such circumstance shall occur you will be contacted immediately and advised about alternations and available options.
Repeats and reprints
We always recommend ordering slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for mistakes when printing invitations, or for guests you may have overlooked. Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however there is a 20 unit minimum so it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset, as prices may increase after the initial order.
