To get going on your stationery we require full payment or deposit (depending on size of the order) to secure your order with Cartalia and begin the artworks/PDF stage. Please use this listing to make the purchase, the amount will be fully refundable against your order.
Once the order is placed, we always prepare a digital proof for your approval in order to make some changes before we send it to the printers.
You shall receive a Digital PDF from our graphics team within 24h - 48h of placing an order. We do try to be as swift as possible, however, please be patient as our designers formulate these for you.
Within the price, you are entitled to place any adjustments of the proofs up to three times. Extra changes passed this point are at a £5.00. Please note, we do not take responsibility for grammatical & orthographic errors past approval point. Please take the time to thoroughly read the proofs.
4. Once you have approved the artworks PDF we require up 10 working days to make the products.
*Please note, that the deposit is non-refundable and it will be used as credit for your order.
Quotes can only be accepted within 30 days of their issue by a Cartalia team member. If you believe that it has been longer than 30 days since Cartalia issued you with your quotation then please speak to a team member prior to purchase.

Please note that we use 100% entirely your wording. This means you will have to provide the wording you wish to have on your stationery.
Once we receive the payment and the desired wording in PDF/Word we will commission a bespoke Artworks ( PDF ) - WE WILL NOT PRINT without your APPROVAL.

Then the design process begins.We can start working on the digital proof for your approval.
DIGITAL ARTWORK :
We always prepare digital proof of your invitations within 2-3 days so you can review them and request changes(up to three complimentary changes)before they go into production .
You will then be sent your personalised artwork via e-mail requesting your approval. This will need to be approved by yourslef before we can then procced with production. Your order will not be produced until this has been approved.
Please note that we can not accept approvals, amendments via a third party or over the phone. You must keep the same e-mail thread.
You will receive 3 complimentary changes your wording/layout. This is counted by e-mail not the number of amendments in each e-mail.
Once you have approved the PDF your order is then sent to production. Your production will begin on the next full working day and will take 10 Full working days to complete (this, of course, is excluding weekends and UK Bank holidays).
Production may be extended during peak season (March-July) at any given time to accommodate for high demand and restocking of items, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
Please note that our working hours are based on GMT. Monday - Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm. We have to ensure that everyone's order will arrive on time and this can sometimes cause slight delays to those of a later date. (If delays occur please see that this will not affect your order coming in time only your estimated shipment date).
If you are going away before/after/during for production then this needs to be made clear before the approval.
All our invitations are handmade. Due to the intricate nature of the designs and our keen attention to detail, turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks (all reflective on when wording, approval, and final payment is received). Please Note that 10 full working days is not including delivery time. So, please consider the Proofing stage, the production timeline + the delivery times before placing the order.
Only once your order is complete can we provide you with a tracking number. Please note that depending on which delivery service you purchase it will take the following days to be sent to the UK

Spare Cards & Re-Ordering : We always recommend ordering a slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for any errors when handwriting the invitations or for guests you may have overlooked.Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however we do have a minimum of 30, so it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset, as prices may increase after the initial order.
