      Due to the specific nature of the product we recommend to send them using Hand-Cancelling system.
      Hand-canceling is when each stamp on your envelope is marked (or "canceled") using a hand stamp instead of by a machine.
      Hand-canceling cards prevents stuffed envelopes from being torn or plexiglass broken by the post office's machine.

      Envelopes included with our cards are suggested as inner envelopes in addition to
      padded or structured envelopes to ship via postal services.

      We offer a wide variety of papers to match your theme and fonts so if you don't find your colour in the options in the pictures, please contact us.

       

       

      Congratulations on your engagement & thank you for visiting our step by step guide to personalising your passport style invitations with us 

      The steps are very easy and would be as follows :

      1. Using the online offer please purchase the set of invitations you require for your passport style.  - Please note we have a reorder min of 50 units so account for some extras.
      2. We will email you a template to fill out with your text ( this is 100% custom so you can amend the wording and layout as you wish )
      3 .You email us the filled out template with attached photo and you would like us to print - we use entrily your text so amending and changing the wording is no problem and included in the price 
      4. Within 2-3 working days we will email you a full digital mock up of your invitations for review showing you all the colours and elements 
      5. You can amend and have 3 rounds of free changes on the design if you require them 
      6. Once happy with the digitals you approve to print and we send the order to production which takes 10-12 working days
      7. We email you your tracking details of you invitations and that they are on its when and when you can expect them (the shipping time should take about 5 working days)

      USPS

      Due to the specific nature of the product, we recommend mailing your invitations in person at the post office with special requests for hand cancellation and non-machinable mail, or mailing your invitations as flats or parcels, depending on their size and overall weight of the product and in consultation with your local post office.

      Paying the surcharge for non-machinable letters, or sending the letters as parcels, may ensure that the invitations are hand sorted, rather than machine sorted, at different distribution centers. These processes prevent cards and envelopes that might not be machine readable ( due to their shape, size, material, ink, or color ) from being torn or broken by the post office's cancelling and sorting machines.

      Envelopes included with our cards are suggested as inner envelopes in addition to padded or structured envelopes to ship via postal services.
